  Did you test with the Pro version of Quercus? The Pro version contains the PHP - Java bytecode compiler. If you are just using the free version it will just use a PHP interpreter, so it will not be faster.

  Is incident a local/component type outage or a disaster? Does ITIL define whether the HDS is within the confines of the production data center? Is the DHS available for DR or only local/component type outages?

  To be completely accurate, Ops Center takes elements from both N1SM and Sun Connection and pulls them together onto a different infrastructure. The infrastructure itself is pretty cool using a JMX over a combination of ATOM and more generic XML for it...
